Kleemann A / S is an aftermarket tuning company for Mercedes-Benz sports cars, sedans, SUVs, and its headquarters in Farum, Denmark.

Kleemann motto is "comfort food", referring to its low boost, high-output engines that produce much more energy than standard models Mercedes. Kleemann vehicles also include structural and mechanical integrity of the improvements are often lacking in customized sports cars. Its logo is an abstract shooter that some company representatives called carrot Kleemann.

Any vehicle in the line of Mercedes can be configured in different ways from the SLK roadster at the G-Class cars. Customers can specify custom seats, floor mats and interior fabrics and carbon fiber body kits, front and rear carbon hubs and carbon interior panels. Customers can order a simple ECU upgrades that changes transmission shift time and timing, or they may have a more aggressive engine bored and supercharged installation of camshafts and high-flow headers. Kleemann also produces its own wheel racing, racing LSDs, sport suspension components and multi-piston brakes. Kleemann can even set the Lamborghini-style vertical doors on their modified vehicles.

In 2002, Danish racing driver Jason Watt drove 338 km / h (210 miles / hour) in 607 hp (446 kW) Kleemann E 55K (W210 model), making it the fastest four-door car in the world. Less than a year Kleemann ML 55K tuned frequency remarkable 282 km / h (175 miles / hour) at Nardo ring in Italy's south, making it the world's fastest SUV. Nonetheless, both records have since been broken Brabus in Bottrop, Germany.

Kleemann is credited with being the first company to combine a supercharger, intake manifold, intercooler and one block on top of the engine block known as the Kleemann Kompressor. This is markedly different from the "Kompressors" or superchargers found on the Mercedes-AMG vehicles, although the AMG since production began only twin-turbo engines. Kleemann-screw blowers are also used instead of the roots type supercharger belt systems conventionally aspirated.

The boost for the kleeman kit as I have already mentioned twice thanos  is 0,8 bar (stock 0,6). There are no official numbers for the performance improvement and as far as I am concerned 0-100 km times are misleading and not that useful.

I can make an educated guess of 0-100 time being under 7 sec, 6,5 ?  , and being able to reach the Vmax of 250.. I hardly thing you will be dumping the clutch in dragster mode at every traffic lights with such a car... that is why we have cosworths

Most importantly, in gear acceleration will be much improved,and that is where the real gain lies.(Re-read the previous postings please)

The kleeman tubular header kit includes a new downpipe with a free flowing pre-catalyst. Do not mess with the main catalysts, you will regret that......

A couple of weeks ago I had a price for the Vath intercooler for 1000 Euros directly from them..Tell the local dealer to take a nice cool bath ..the standard hoses and fittings should suffice,no need for fancy samco hoses...(which would cost you the lesser part of 100 Euros anyway)

If you want bragging rights later on, make a couple of aluminium curves to fit the intercooler instead of the plastic stock ones...

And alway take claims for horsepower and torque with a bit of salt. I doubt there is someone in these forums that can distinguish between 225 hp and 300NM of torque and the absolute maximum kleeman claims...Temperature,humidity, quality of gasoline can rob you that much hp...

And as I have also written in a previous post  the kleeman kit comes with an upgraded fuel pressure regulator! The stock injectors should be fine... I will have to install the kit first to be able to give you a first hand account, but this won't happen for a while.
